Examination Schedule

  • Monthly Testsmonthly tests will be conducted.
  • Major ExaminationsQuarterly, Half-Yearly, and Annual Examinations.

Progress Reports

  • After each test or examination, Progress Reports will be sent to parents/guardians.
  • Parents/Guardians are expected to Review the report cards carefully.
  • Take special measures to help students improve in subjects where they have underperformed.
  • Arrange a meeting with the Principal or Headmaster, with prior appointment, to discuss their ward’s progress if needed.

Fee Payment Requirement

  • Students who have not paid their fees in full will not be allowed to take the examinations.

Malpractice Rules

  • Students caught copying or engaging in any form of malpractice during examinations will not be allowed to take subsequent exams unless the Principal provides written permission.
  • Parents of such students must meet the Principal.
  • Punishments will be determined at the discretion of the Principal.

Replacement of Progress Reports

  • If a Progress Report is lost, a fine of *Rs. 20/-* will be charged for issuing a new one.

  • Absence During Examinations

    Students absent from any examination will be considered failed, unless
  • They provide a medical certificate proving their absence was due to illness.
  • Finality of Results

    Results declared at the end of the academic year are final and cannot be altered or reconsidered under any circumstances.

    Attendance is taken *both in the morning and afternoon sessions
