Progress Reports:

• Progress reports are issued after every test and examination.
• Parents should Review these reports carefully.
• Take note of remarks made by the class teachers.
• Initial the reports in the space provided and ensure they are returned promptly.

Communication with the School

• Parents seeking information or wishing to make suggestions should schedule a meeting with the *Principal

• Permission for Meetings

  Parents are not allowed to meet students or teachers during class hours without prior permission from the Principal/Headmaster/Headmistress.

Safety and Discipline

• Girls' Safety

  Parents of girls must ensure their daughters return home immediately after school hours. Any failure to comply should be promptly reported to the Principal.

• Change of Address

  Any changes to the parent/guardian’s address must be communicated to the school in writing without delay. The school will not be held responsible for missed communications due to outdated contact details.
